The Digital Divide

I found an interesting article that contrasts grand assumptions of the digital divide. It argues that even people of the lowest income status (<$15,000) have increased internet use by 25% per year. I thought it was interesting, as it was an opinion we haven't talked about yet. It's a good point to bring up: should the digital divide be such a scare?
